So I just found my NSO birth certificate, which has been hidden in the Mines of Moria that is my room. The first thing I did: look at my time of birth so I can finally find out my moon and rising sign. I’m a big astrology fan you see.

According to the Internet, I have a Scorpio moon. Is that how you say it? Moon in Scorpio? Am a Scorpio moon? My moon is Scorpio? Whatevs.

How did I get this reading? It’s like this: the Internet learns astrology, and then I learn from the Internet. The Internet knows everything, I know.

I simply entered my date and time of birth into this form thing in several websites, and somehow, they consulted the stars and constellations in a blink of an eye, and voila! They say I have the moon in Scorpio. Not one of them said I was any of the other 11 (or 12?) zodiac lunar signs. So I guess this must be accurate.

This fact didn’t quite sink in right away. Me, a Scorpio? But the funny thing is that I’ve always felt I had a water sign influence in me, because I can be very moody and sensitive at times. I don’t exactly know how I came to that conclusion. I just feel it in my bones, my guts.

I can never quite figure myself out, so I try to understand myself based on a sort of objective set of rules and beliefs, like astrology, which is probably why I got so interested in it to begin with.

Anyhow, I’ve always felt I had an inner Pisces because of how much I think and live in Imaginationland. But I guess me having a Scorpio lunar sign isn’t so disappointing since both Pisces and Scorpio are water signs. Yep, I was close.

But wait, this also means one more thing: I CAN figure myself out. Ha!
